How to use this calculator
Set your dose
Enter the amount of peptide you want each administration of your research protocol to contain — for example 0.25mg (250mcg).
Enter the vial strength
Use the total peptide content printed on the vial label. If the vial says 10mg, enter 10mg.
Add your water volume
Enter how much reconstitution solution you plan to add to the vial. More water means a less concentrated solution and larger, easier-to-measure draws.
Read the results
The calculator shows the concentration, the exact syringe draw in U-100 units, and how many doses the vial contains at that dose.
Worked example
Say your vial contains 10mg of peptide and you add 2mL of reconstitution solution. The concentration is 10 ÷ 2 = 5mg/mL. If your research dose is 0.5mg, the draw volume is 0.5 ÷ 5 = 0.1mL — which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe (1mL = 100 units). The vial contains 10 ÷ 0.5 = 20 doses at that amount.
